Smile Train Speech App for Children

Smile Train developed a free, interactive speech services App with stories, games, and songs specially designed for children born with cleft palate. This fun App encourages children to practice more often for better speech outcomes from the comfort of their own home.

It is available for phones and tablets in English on the Google Play Store and Apple Store, and in Spanish on the Google Play Store.

Intelligibility in Context Scale

This 7-item questionnaire allows parents and speech pathologists to rate the degree to which children’s speech is understood by different communication partners.
